This is a guided meditation that will help with Falling asleep and staying asleep. There are many reasons why it can be difficult for someone to fall asleep, and stay asleep, at night. Insomnia, worries, busy brain, physical discomfort, or anxiety can keep us awake for hours. Even when one does fall asleep, restlessness and nightmares (or our bladder) can wake us up and disrupt sleep for the rest of the night. Poor sleep can affect our health, moods, job performance, and our ability to get through the day. Whenever you are ready to go to sleep – sit with this meditation. This Peace Sleep Meditation will help you get well rested!
