Join me every evening for a simple, soothing Daily Evening Guided Meditation to help wind down and destress after the long day. Iโ€™ll be recording and posting my own personal meditation practice each night at 7pm Central Time. You donโ€™t need any equipment, just a quiet place to sit comfortably. There are no complicated practices – this will be about awareness of your breathing and body.
