
Join me every evening for a simple, soothing Daily Evening Guided Meditation to help wind down and destress after the long day. Iโll be recording and posting my own personal meditation practice each night at 7pm Central Time. You donโt need any equipment, just a quiet place to sit comfortably. There are no complicated practices – this will be about awareness of your breathing and body.
