This is a time of year, mid-February and Valentine’s Day, when we can feel highly aware of the love in our lives – or lack of it. I feel it is vital that we realize that there is always a source of love for us – Within. But it can be pretty challenging accessing it. In this current age of societal expectations, adult life pressures, social media, and advertising – we can become one of our very own harshest critics.
