You are grounded and supported by the Earth’s energies. Imagine energetic roots flowing down into the soft, cool Earth. The Earth’s energy flows up through the roots, up your body, and settles as a gentle pool of energy in your mind. Repeat these words. “I am calm, focused, and positive.” Alternately, hold a Hematite mala and chant this mantra 108 times.
